They are seeking an Individual Health Coordinator to join their Employee Benefits team in Eden Prairie. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced insurance or healthcare professional who enjoys working directly with clients, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to play an important role in supporting and growing a Medicare and Individual Health book of business. About the Role The Medicare Coordinator will provide day-to-day service and coordination for Medicare and Individual Health clients , while supporting the broader Medicare team and contributing to retention and growth initiatives. This role involves significant client interaction and is especially active during the annual Open Enrollment period. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, comfortable managing a high volume of activity, and able to balance multiple priorities while providing a positive client experience. Key Responsibilities Provide frequent, direct interaction with Medicare and Individual Health clients through phone, email, scheduling, follow-up, and coordination of meetings. Manage high-volume client activity, particularly during the approximately eight-week Open Enrollment period. Process and accept CMS applications during Open Enrollment and manage required client documentation and supporting materials. Coordinate inbound and outbound client communication and follow-up. Utilize EPIC, Medicare CRM tools, carrier platforms, MedicareConnector, and other systems to support client service and operations. Prepare presentations, educational materials, and other client-facing collateral. Assist with hosting and co-hosting client educational and community events. Coordinate client mailings, plan materials, and other administrative needs. Support team initiatives focused on client retention, service excellence, and growth of the Medicare and Individual Health book of business. Maintain accurate and confidential client information. Work collaboratively with the Medicare team while also managing responsibilities independently. What We're Looking For Minnesota Life & Health Insurance License required. 2+ years of relevant experience preferred. Experience with Individual Health, Medicare, Medicaid, and/or MNsure strongly preferred. Knowledge of Social Security, CMS regulations, and ancillary insurance products preferred. Healthcare or pharmaceutical industry experience is a plus. Previous sales or client-facing experience preferred. Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize competing deadlines in a high-volume environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and follow-through. Comfortable working independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, with strong math and analytical skills. Ability to handle confidential information professionally.Compensation & Employee Ownership Base Salary:
$65,000-$75,000 In addition to competitive compensation, this organization offers an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) .
