This position combines leadership, recruiting, training, customer service, and administrative responsibilities. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who enjoys coaching others, managing multiple priorities, and helping a team achieve its goals. Responsibilities Lead and support a team of sales representatives. Recruit, interview, and onboard new team members. Conduct new hire orientation and ongoing training sessions. Coach employees on communication, customer service, and sales techniques. Schedule appointments, meetings, and team training events. Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback. Assist with daily office operations and administrative tasks. Maintain accurate client and employee records. Ensure company policies and compliance standards are followed. Develop strategies to improve office productivity and team performance. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners. Prepare reports and communicate office performance to management. Foster a positive, professional, and goal-oriented work environment. Qualifications Previous leadership, management, sales, or customer service experience preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Comfortable leading presentations and training groups. Ability to motivate, coach, and develop others. Professional appearance and attitude. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. High school diploma or GED required; college education is a plus.
