Requirements Licensing:

Possess or be willing to obtain a Georgia Property & Casualty Insurance License.

Experience:

Previous experience in customer service and insurance-related roles is advantageous.

Responsibilities Client Engagement:

Inbound Inquiries:

Efficiently handle incoming calls and requests, address concerns, and present clear, confident solutions.

Account Management:

Manage client accounts, review existing policies, and recommend appropriate coverage adjustments. New Business Development (Personal Lines): Identify and pursue opportunities to write new personal insurance accounts (home, auto, umbrella) through inbound inquiries, referrals, and cross-sell conversations.

Cross-Selling:

Proactively identify gaps in coverage and expand client relationships by offering additional protection where appropriate.

Retention:

Maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction and loyalty to the agency.

Continuous Development:
