We are seeking a dedicated and experienced PHC Supervisor / PAS Supervisor to oversee Personal Home Care (PHC) and Personal Assistance Services (PAS) programs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising caregivers/attendants, ensuring quality service delivery, maintaining compliance with program guidelines, and supporting client care coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise PHC and PAS attendants and ensure compliance with agency policies Conduct client assessments, supervisory visits, and service plan monitoring Coordinate caregiver schedules and resolve staffing needs Ensure accurate documentation of services, incidents, and care updates Maintain compliance with state and program regulations Provide training, guidance, and support to attendants Communicate effectively with clients, families, caseworkers, and internal staff Assist with onboarding and orientation of new attendants Monitor quality assurance and address service concerns promptly
Qualifications:
Previous experience in PHC, PAS, home care, or healthcare supervision preferred Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple cases and prioritize tasks Knowledge of caregiver documentation and service plans Reliable transportation for field visits Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
