Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Provide crisis intervention as needed. Promote recovery and resiliency by providing rehabilitation services designed to meet the individualized needs of each client. Meet with assigned clients weekly, or as clinically appropriate, based on each client's individualized needs and agency requirements. Independently set and manage your schedule while ensuring all client service requirements are met. Provide rehabilitation services in the office, clients' homes, and/or community settings. Develop client-specific, culturally responsive intervention strategies, including goal setting, planning, problem-solving, and decision-making. Maintain accurate, timely, and complete client records in accordance with agency policies and all applicable state and federal regulations. Flexible work from home options available.
