Job Description
Job Summary The Service Experience Specialist provides operational and administrative support to financial professionals and clients within the Service Experience team. Reporting to Service Experience Leadership, this role is responsible for processing account-related activities, responding to inquiries, and ensuring a high level of service delivery. The Specialist plays a key role in interpreting policies and procedures, resolving service issues efficiently, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance processes and improve client experience. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Key Deliverables and Responsibilities Support financial professionals and clients by providing service related to incoming paperwork, account information and distributions Communicate operational and financial industry policies and procedures Research issues and resolve inquiries in a timely matter Develop understanding of the policies and procedures to execute them in daily work Adapt and adhere to Cambridge policies and core values Collaborate with internal associates to improve procedures and templates to streamline processes What We Are Looking For The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented and service-driven professional who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
