Siemens Smart Infrastructure Electrification & Automation (EA) is seeking a proactive, meticulous Warranty Coordinator to support our Protection & Automation (PPA) product portfolio. The portfolio includes two primary segments: Protection and Solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to advance your career within a fast-paced, growing business. It is an ideal environment to build your career and your future. This hybrid Warranty Coordinator position is based in Wendell, NC. Local candidates are strongly encouraged to apply. You'll make a difference by: The Warranty Coordinator is vital in managing the complete warranty process for customer orders within the PPA portfolio. This individual contributor is responsible for ensuring seamless coordination of warranty claims, from initial request through resolution, including warranty order processing, shipment tracking, credit/return handling, and effective communication with customers and internal teams. The core responsibilities include the following: Ability to lead high level customer resolution by orchestrating interactions between engineering, research and development, project management, sales, manufacturing and other departments. Work with our factories and quality teams to develop and implement corrective and preventive actions. Improve departmental processes by reviewing best practices and looking for ways to improve the overall structure through efficiency enhancements and other methods. Provide frequent updates to all stakeholders during the correction steps for the customer, working closely with the execution teams and vendors to align on materials and methods of correction. Provide ownership in driving resolution for our customers in a timely fashion and also performing in the most cost-effective way to ensure visibility of after delivery cost reduction for Siemens. Prioritize emergency utility repairs. Strong customer service orientation and communication skills: Ability to manage urgent customer issues and maintain professionalism under pressure. Required to be onsite in Wendell, NC at least four (4) days per week. You'll win us over by having the following qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or directly related work experience in lieu of degree. Experience with SAP. Customer service experience in a fast-paced environment. Aptitude to prioritize and handle multiple tasks while maintaining organization and control. Strong verbal, written, and computer skills to aid in customer communications. Ability to bring multiple teams together for resolution identification on complex customer issues. Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship now or in the future.
Preferred Qualifications:
Demonstrated experience using Salesforce. Process improvement and continuous improvement mindset.

The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
