Job Description

Service Coordinator Attain Technology | Full-Time | Providence, RI If your coworkers have ever said "I don't know how you keep track of all that"

  • and the reason they stay.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
This role sits at the center of our service operation. You'll be the bridge between clients and our technical team
  • making sure the right things happen, in the right order, with nobody falling through the cracks. Own the client communication experience from the first call to ticket close Triage and dispatch service requests to the right technician, with the right context Keep clients informed and confident
  • even when issues take time to resolve Monitor open tickets and proactively push for resolution before clients have to ask Turn a frustrated caller into a loyal client through empathy and follow-through Make sure every ticket is documented, qualified, and ready for clean technical execution Help us sharpen our service quality standards over time
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
You don't have to be a technician. You do have to be organized, clear-headed, and someone people trust to get things done. 2+ years in customer service, service coordination, helpdesk, or MSP operations Clear, professional communicator
  • on the phone and in writing Comfortable juggling multiple priorities without letting things slip Detail-oriented, organized, and not afraid to hold people accountable to standards Nice to Have Familiarity with a ticketing or PSA system such as ConnectWise or Autotask MSP or IT service delivery background Experience working inside a service board or dispatcher role
