Job Description
Position Description As a Client Care Manager, you'll serve as the primary connection between our clients, families, caregivers, healthcare professionals, and office team to ensure every client receives exceptional care.
Your responsibilities will include:
Client & Family Care- Answer incoming client and referral calls with professionalism and empathy
- Conduct in-home consultations with prospective clients
- Develop personalized care recommendations
- Build trusting relationships with clients and families
- Complete regular quality assurance visits and satisfaction check-ins
- Resolve concerns quickly and proactively Office Operations
- Help oversee daily office operations
- Coordinate with scheduling to ensure excellent caregiver/client matches
- Assist with staffing challenges and daily problem solving
- Monitor client satisfaction and service quality
- Maintain accurate documentation and client records
- Ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations Team Leadership
- Support, coach, and encourage caregivers
- Collaborate with office leadership to improve processes
- Help onboard and train new team members
- Promote a positive, team-oriented culture
- Serve as a resource for caregivers needing guidance in the field Relationship Building
- Represent Comfort Keepers professionally within the community
- Help families understand available home care services
- Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, Marketing, Human Services, or related field preferred
- OR 3+ years of management or healthcare leadership experience
- Experience in home care, healthcare, senior services, case management, customer service, or related field preferred
- Strong Microsoft Office and computer skills
- Outstanding organizational and time management abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- Strong customer service mindset
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation for local travel
