Job description: Landscape Account Manager We are seeking a relationship-driven, customer-focused Landscape Account Manager to oversee a portfolio of commercial landscape maintenance and snow accounts. This individual will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery, contract retention, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth through enhancement sales. The Account Manager is responsible for managing client relationships, conducting regular property inspections, coordinating with operations teams, identifying enhancement opportunities, and ensuring contracts are renewed and expanded. This role requires strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, along with a commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences. Key Responsibilities Account Management & Client Relations Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned landscape maintenance and snow accounts Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and regular site visits Conduct routine property inspections to ensure quality standards are met Address client concerns, service requests, and issues promptly and professionally Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new clients and maintain ongoing satisfaction throughout the contract lifecycle Coordinate and lead client meetings, property reviews, and seasonal planning discussions Contract Retention & Revenue Growth Achieve high client retention and contract renewal rates across assigned accounts Prepare and present renewal proposals and service recommendations Identify and sell enhancement opportunities, including landscape improvements, seasonal color, irrigation upgrades, tree care, drainage solutions, and other value-added services Develop annual account plans to maximize revenue and client satisfaction Monitor account profitability and work collaboratively with operations to maintain financial performance Quality Control & Service Delivery Perform regular site inspections and document property conditions Ensure services are delivered according to contract specifications and company standards Coordinate with Operations and Production teams to address quality concerns and service adjustments Monitor completion of enhancement projects and ensure client expectations are met Maintain accurate records of inspections, client communications, and service requests Collaboration with Operations Partner closely with Production and Operations Managers to ensure seamless service execution Communicate client expectations, property needs, and service priorities to field teams Participate in property walkthroughs, seasonal planning meetings, and enhancement project reviews Support alignment between customer expectations and operational capabilities Foster a collaborative working relationship between clients and operations personnel Administrative Responsibilities Maintain accurate account records, proposals, contracts, and CRM updates Track renewal dates, enhancement opportunities, and client communications Prepare account reports and forecasts as required Assist with budgeting and account planning activities
Pay:
$60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
