Customer Relations Onboarding Administrator

NOTE:
This position will be in-office,5 days a week in our Fort Mill, SC office. Snider Fleet Solutions is seeking a Customer Relations Onboarding Administrator to play a key role in creating a positive first experience for our customers. In this role, you will serve as the bridge between our sales, operations, and administrative teams, helping ensure new customers are successfully onboarded and set up for long-term success. Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate customer data across FleetSMART, FreshSales, Maddenco, FreshService, and other applicable systems. Create new customer accounts in accordance with company policies and onboarding standards. Validate customer account and billing information to ensure accuracy. Complete and submit vendor packets in a timely and accurate manner. Support data governance efforts by maintaining system integrity and consistency. Partner with sales, operations, and administrative teams to improve onboarding processes and workflows. Meet or exceed established customer onboarding KPIs and performance goals. Review and validate customer program documentation, training materials, and service guidelines. Develop a strong understanding of Snider's products, services, customer programs, and billing structures. Serve as a resource to internal teams regarding billing codes, pricing structures, and customer account requirements. Communicate regularly with customers, branches, and internal departments regarding account updates and program changes. Maintain customer files and records across all applicable systems and platforms. Prepare monthly reports measuring onboarding activity and overall program success.
Qualifications and Requirements:
2+ years of relevant experience in an office setting 1+ year of experience with inventory reporting and data
Skills and Abilities:
Strong organizational, time management, and attention-to-detail skills Solid math, analytical, and problem-solving abilities with the ability to research and interpret data Proficiency with 10-key data entry and Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint Ability to quickly learn and navigate additional systems and software, including ERP and inventory management platforms Understanding of billing procedures, and month-end/year-end deadlines Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong customer service mindset Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and perform effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally Flexibility to work overtime as needed based on business demands Working conditions: This position will be in our Fort Mill, SC office. The position will be in-office, 5 days a week. Most of the work will be performed at a desk in an office environment. There may be occasional visits to company or customer maintenance facilities that are industrial environments. Why Join Us?
