Job Description

Recruiting Solutions is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator for a growing manufacturing company in the Greenville area. This is a 1st shift, Monday to Friday role with a starting pay range of $22 to $25/hr depending on experience. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in customer service, sales support, and client relations within a professional manufacturing environment. The Customer Service Coordinator will serve as a primary point of contact for customers, assisting with inquiries, order management, issue resolution, and sales support activities. This role works closely with Sales, Production, Logistics, Marketing, and R D teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels in a professional and timely manner Process customer orders accurately and maintain customer information within company systems Track order status and provide updates to customers as needed Resolve customer concerns and escalate complex issues when appropriate Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and feedback Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer needs are met Support sales activities through customer follow-up and lead generation efforts Develop product knowledge to effectively assist customers and provide accurate information Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities Contribute ideas for process improvements and customer service best practices
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required Bachelors degree preferred Previous customer service, administrative, sales support, or related experience is a plus Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook Experience with CRM systems is helpful but not required Ability to work independently and within a team environment Positive attitude with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction Eagerness to learn and grow within a fast-paced manufacturing environment
