What You Will Do:
Lead the delivery of contracted services at Boeing (Site Location/Function) Deploy service solutions that meet agreed upon Standards of Performance (SOP) and Statements of Work (SOW) Achieve business objectives (PEP), identify and resolve shortfalls and issues. Manage Chronic Issue resolution (Root Cause Analysis) Provide leadership to achieve positive Customer Experience and Employee Motivation & Satisfaction. P&L Management Provide input/support for accurate and timely client billing Provide leadership and a motivating team environment for employees What You Need to

Experience:
