Job Description

Jennings Mechanical is a rapidly growing mechanical contractor providing HVAC and Mechanical services in Charleston, Orangeburg and Columbia, SC. Committed to excellence, we specialize in providing top-notch commercial HVAC services to our valued clients. We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Service Coordinator to join our team in Orangeburg. This role is responsible for coordinating day-to-day service operations, preparing and tracking service quotes, and ensuring customers receive timely, accurate, and professional support. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in quoting commercial HVAC service work and a strong understanding of mechanical systems.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate scheduling of technicians for commercial HVAC service calls, preventive maintenance, and emergency repairs. Prepare, review, and issue service quotes for commercial customers, ensuring accuracy and profitability. Communicate with customers to provide updates, confirm scheduling, and deliver quotes. Support Service Manager in monitoring work order progress, billing, and contract compliance. Maintain accurate records of service requests, quotes, and completed work. Assist in procurement of parts, materials, and subcontractors when required. Provide administrative and operational support to ensure seamless delivery of service. Track open quotes and follow up with customers to close opportunities. Promote Jennings Mechanical's values of quality, reliability, and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in HVAC service coordination, dispatch, or quoting in the commercial mechanical industry required. Strong working knowledge of HVAC systems and components. Ability to read and interpret service scopes, proposals, or technical documentation. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and service management software (e.g., ServiceTitan, Jonas, or similar). Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
