About Us Upstate Auto Styling is a fast‑growing tint, PPF, and ceramic coating shop in Spartanburg. We take pride in doing clean, professional work and giving customers a 5‑star experience every time. We're looking for a right‑hand operator to own the front of house: scheduling, customer communication, and day‑to‑day operations so the owner can stay focused on growth and the team. The Role This is not a basic admin job. You will be the person who makes sure: The schedule is full and organized Customers are taken care of without the owner jumping in Problems get solved quickly and turned into better systems If you like taking ownership, making decisions, and improving how things run, you'll like this role. What You'll Own Scheduling & Coordination Manage the daily and weekly schedule for all jobs (tint, PPF, coatings, detailing) Handle confirmations, reschedules, and no‑shows Coordinate with the shop manager and techs so jobs start and finish on time Customer Experience Answer calls, texts, emails, and DMs from customers Handle questions about services, pricing, and aftercare Give updates to customers while their vehicle is in the shop Own complaints, rework, and small issues so they don't reach the owner Admin & Payments Create and send invoices Take payments and set up financing if needed (using our tools) Help respond to chargebacks or disputes following our policies Systems & Improvement Turn repeated tasks into simple checklists and SOPs Look for ways to use our CRM and tools better so things are faster and smoother Track basic numbers: bookings, no‑shows, complaints, reviews Marketing Support (Light) Make sure before/after photos and short clips are captured for social media Help post simple Instagram stories and basic content following a plan You're a Fit If You've managed scheduling or customer service in a small business (shop, home services, medical office, salon, etc.) You like making decisions instead of waiting to be told what to do You stay calm with upset customers and know how to turn them around You enjoy organizing chaos into clear systems and checklists You're comfortable with basic software/CRMs and can learn new tools quickly You communicate clearly, in a friendly and professional way Details Job type: Full‑time
Location:
In‑shop in Spartanburg, SC (preferred). Some flexibility for partial remote once trained.
Compensation:
Base pay + performance bonuses (based on shop results and customer reviews). Final pay based on experience.
Schedule:
Typical shop hours, with some flexibility.
Pay:
$18.50 - $24.00 per hour
