Join the ATP North America Team! ATP North America is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service & Order Entry Coordinator to join our growing team in West Columbia, South Carolina . This is an office-based position where you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring accurate and timely order processing. If you're organized, enjoy working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, and thrive on building strong customer relationships, we'd love to hear from you! What You'll Do Enter and process customer orders accurately in our ERP system. Review customer orders for completeness and accuracy. Respond to customer inquiries professionally via telephone and email, providing timely updates, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Process order changes, cancellations, expedited requests, and shipment delays. Send order acknowledgments and shipping notifications. Maintain accurate customer information within ERP and CRM systems. Coordinate with Sales, Production, Shipping, and Management to ensure on-time order fulfillment. Create and maintain customer accounts. Generate reports and provide administrative support to the Sales team. Perform general office duties and assist with other projects as assigned.
Requirements:
What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent is required. An Associate degree in Business or a related field is preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience. Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply. One to two years of experience in customer service, order entry, administrative support, or a related office environment is preferred but not required. Previous manufacturing experience is a plus. Experience with ERP, MRP, or CRM systems is preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word). Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including professional telephone etiquette and the ability to compose clear, courteous, and accurate emails to customers. Strong organizational and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
