About Us 605 Painting is a locally owned and growing painting and home improvement company serving Sioux Falls and the surrounding areas. We provide residential and commercial services with a focus on quality workmanship, reliable communication, and a strong customer experience. Position Overview As an Office Associate / Customer Coordinator, you'll be one of the first people our customers interact with and a key point of communication throughout their experience with 605 Painting. You'll answer incoming calls, schedule appointments, follow up with leads and customers, maintain accurate project information, and help coordinate communication between sales, production, customers, and subcontractors. Compensation & Benefits $20-$25/hour , based on experience 3% retirement match Health and supplemental insurance options available Dental and vision options available What You'll Do Serve as a first point of contact for customers Answer incoming calls and assist walk-in customers Respond to warm leads and schedule appointments Ask questions to understand customer needs and next steps Follow up consistently with leads and existing customers Communicate with customers after proposals are accepted Collect and document color selections and project information Help transition customers from the sales process into production Follow up on outstanding final payments Assist with subcontractor onboarding Maintain accurate customer information across company systems Handle customer questions and concerns professionally Coordinate information between customers, sales, and production Stay proactive with follow-ups and administrative tasks What We're Looking For Must-Have Strong customer service and phone communication skills Experience working with customers in an office, administrative, receptionist, or similar environment Comfortable using and learning multiple software systems Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow-ups throughout the day Reliable and consistent attendance Preferred Office coordination, administrative, receptionist, or customer service experience Google Sheets, Google Docs, or Microsoft Excel experience Experience with scheduling, appointment setting, CRM systems, or customer follow-up Bilingual English/Spanish Basic bookkeeping experience Schedule Full-time Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-4:30
