Job Description
Job Summary We're seeking an Account Manager to own the full account lifecycle after a new client is approved and onboarded. You will guide our clients through activation, ongoing management, growth, and exit. This role partners closely with our sales team, handing off active selling conversations while maintaining continuous ownership of the client relationship. Responsibilities Conduct monthly outbound check-in calls with assigned accounts, logging outcomes in our CRM Lead new account onboarding through system setup and self-service platform walkthroughs Identify upsell, cross-sell, and optimization opportunities within existing accounts, partnering with sales team on pricing and close Own resolution of customer complaints and payment issues, including negotiating payment plans and authorizing account holds when needed Handle routine account operations, including troubleshooting, usage review, and fraud/limit management Maintain accurate account records and process closures or deactivations as needed Qualifications 2+ years of experience in account management, client services, or customer success, ideally in a B2B environment Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce or similar) for pipeline tracking and activity logging Comfort managing sensitive conversations, including payment issues, complaints, and collections Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a high volume of accounts and follow-up cadences Experience partnering cross-functionally with sales, underwriting, or operations teams Additional Information Competitive base salary + additional earning potential based on individual & team performance Flexible working schedule and time off policy Must be able to commute and work at our Brentwood, TN office
