MIRROR LAWN TURF DOCTOR
Mirror Lawn Turf Doctor; Located in Jackson, TN is a Handyman, Lawn service, and Snow removal company that started in 1985. Our founder had the dream of creating a company that took pride in its workmanship and customer service, and he has instilled these values in all our staff. Mirror Lawn is a fast paced, customer driven environment, which facilitates all customer in maintenance and facility needs. We are looking to add self-motivated, driven, and ambitious team members to our currently growing portfolio.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Support key account and client leadership on daily preventative maintenance and found on work orders. Help account leadership drive account strategy consistently across a client portfolio. Serve as the point person for client needs. Direct handling of coordinator duties/tasks as needed related to managing our facilities. Sourcing of vendor partners, for scheduled work and/or additional work orders. Comply with customer key performance indicators (KPI's) including but not limited to; schedule date, check in and check out, workmanship, photo compliance, quote turn around timing, and timely billing. Partner with upper management group to manage vendor performance. Verify billing from vendor partners and ensure profit margins are met. Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions. Assists with the oversight of subcontractor management of cleaning, waste management, landscaping, snow removal, and handyman operations. Review incoming work notifications & work orders for completeness & accuracy, and approve or reject, daily. Convert approved Work Requests into Work Orders, validate or assign priority & assign to appropriate vendor daily. Manage the Backlog; ensure that preventive maintenance (PM) tasks are being scheduled and accomplished Facilitate the weekly scheduling meetings and develop the weekly schedule; authorize schedule adjustments or material expediting as needed to meet KPI indicators. Generate follow-up work orders for new scope of work & emergency work orders.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS 2
years' experience in operations or maintenance roles Must be computer literate and have proficient MS Office computer skills (Word, excel, project). Demonstrated ability to communicate and interact effectively in verbal, written, and presentation formats. Demonstrated ability to lead through influence management to achieved desired results. Working knowledge and experience operating and maintaining processes.
