Service Manager

  • Earn $70K
  • 90K+ in Year 1 Competitive base pay plus uncapped commission: Total potential $70,000
  • $90,000 (or more for top performers).

Paid time off:
10 paid holidays + 2 weeks after 2 years. Paid training and opportunities for continuing education to support cultural fit and team-oriented environment.

Schedule:
Monday-Friday 7:30 AM-5 PM, Saturday 7:30 AM-2 PM (with rotations in off-season). Closed Sundays.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily service department operations for efficiency, accuracy, and top-notch customer service experience. Meet and support departmental production goals in a fast-paced environment. Submit warranty claims accurately and on time. Review and approve work orders before billing. Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies. Manage daily sales reporting and labor reporting. Coordinate shop workflow coordination, technician scheduling, and driver deliveries. Build strong customer relationship building through communication responsiveness.
Must-Have Qualifications:
Microsoft Office proficiency and standard desktop applications. Strong organizational skills and time management. Ability to prioritize multiple projects effectively. Professional, honest, and dependable work ethic.
Preferred Qualifications:
Equipment knowledge and machinery maintenance (preferred but not required). 1 year of customer service experience. 1 year in service department operations.
