Customer Experience & Project Coordinator (Part-Time) Spray-Net Knoxville |
Knoxville, TN Pay:
$18-24 per hour (depending on experience)
Schedule:
Part-Time | 20-30 hours per week (primarily weekday mornings)

At Spray-Net Knoxville, we specialize in transforming kitchens and home exteriors using innovative coatings and refinishing systems that deliver beautiful, long-lasting results. We're looking for someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems, staying organized, and making sure every customer has an outstanding experience from the day they book until the project is complete. This is a unique opportunity to become one of the key people in a growing local business. You'll work directly with the owner, have the freedom to improve processes, and play an important role in the success of every project. No two days are the same. Some mornings you'll be communicating with homeowners, coordinating schedules, picking up materials, or preparing projects. Other days you'll visit job sites, support our crews, or help ensure every project stays on track. If you enjoy variety, taking ownership, and making things happen, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do:
Own the Customer Experience Welcome new customers after they book their project. Confirm schedules, colors, and project details. Keep homeowners informed throughout their project. Coordinate final walkthroughs. Request Google reviews after successful projects. Schedule warranty and follow-up visits when needed. Quote/assist quotes for additional projects Coordinate Projects Coordinate daily schedules with our production team. Pick up paint and materials from suppliers. Deliver materials to job sites when needed. Ensure every project is fully prepared before the crew arrives. Communicate with customers, suppliers, Lowe's, and our field team. Administrative Support Update our CRM and customer records. Upload project photos. Prepare project folders. Assist with invoicing and customer paperwork. Help maintain an organized warehouse and inventory. Additional Paid Hours Available For candidates interested in additional hours, there are opportunities to support our production team with project setup, material handling, quality checks, and other field support during busy weeks or commision for additional sales. What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and takes pride in keeping projects organized.
The ideal candidate is:
Friendly, professional, and customer-focused. Highly organized with great attention to detail. Self-motivated and dependable. Comfortable managing multiple priorities. Excellent communicator. Comfortable using an iPad, smartphone, email, and basic computer software. Holds a valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Bilingual (English & Spanish) is a strong advantage but not required. Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, project coordination, office administration, property management, construction, or home services is a plus. Painting experience is not required .
