Nashville Electric Service is seeking Customer Relations Supervisors for our fast-paced utility call center. The primary purpose of this position is to plan, schedule, and supervisor the activities of the Customer Relations Section.

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution. Four years of experience in customer service work, involving direct customer contact and call center experience. One year of experience overseeing the work of others. Flexibility for work scheduling. Strong customer relations and computer skills.
