We're looking for an experienced, knowledgeable manager to help lead our Midtown team. This is a full-time position. Flexible availability is required, including evening closes. What You'll Do Lead and supervise a team of sales, cashier, and stock associates — setting the standard for customer service on the floor every shift Act as Manager-on-Duty in the absence of the store manager Handle weekly marketing tasks: drafting the store newsletter, sending wine special emails, and keeping the website current with promotions Drive product education — keeping staff sharp and customers informed Oversee floor merchandising, inventory, and back stock projects Manage vendor relationships and ensure product availability What We're Looking For Solid product knowledge, especially wine and spirits — this is non-negotiable Previous retail management or customer service management experience Strong communication skills; familiarity with email platforms (Mailchimp or similar) and basic CMS/website tools is a plus Ability to multitask — floor coverage, staff management, and independent projects all happen at the same time Physically able to lift and carry 50+ lbs regularly Friendly, hardworking, and low-drama To Apply Visit corkdorkswine.com to learn more about us.
