Acts as leader on duty, responding to customer and team member concerns in the absence of the Store Manager, opening and closing the store, and ensuring all bookstore property and team members are safe and secure.

Responsibilities:

• Receive and process shipments
• Re-filling merchandise on sales floor
• Daily cleaning tasks
• Special projects as needed
• Maintain a positive work environment and promote teamwork
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures

Skills:

• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
• Excellent customer service and professionalism
• Organizational skills to effectively manage team schedules, projects, and deadlines
• Ability to effectively manage stock levels and inventory control This position requires a motivated individual with strong leadership qualities.
