Area Supervisor As an Area Supervisor, you will have the opportunity to lead and support caregiving teams across a region, driving both operational excellence and community impact. Job Summary The Area Supervisor is responsible for ensuring quality client care by following Outreach Standard Operating Procedures. This role oversees a client caseload through the Electronic Health Record (EHR), managing schedules, timesheets, EVV compliance, and timely supervisory visits. Key responsibilities include conducting client visits, timely onboarding of new clients, developing plans of care, scheduling and training caregivers, and ensuring client safety in the home. The Area Supervisor provides leadership to caregivers through coaching, training, and performance management, while also addressing client concerns promptly and empathetically. Additional duties may include assisting with caregiver recruitment, community outreach, and serving as a liaison between Managed Care Organizations and Outreach to support client health and satisfaction. Qualifications Must have a High School Diploma or GED with a minimum of two years of full-time study at an accredited college experience or 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in a health care facility, agency, or community-based agency for each required year of college Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills Knowledge of healthcare laws and compliance standards Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Humble, teachable, and open-minded attitudePreferred:
