Main r esponsibilities : Leads all front-end and customer service teams, ensuring fast, friendly, and accurate service Coach and develop associates on service standards, courtesy programs, and service recovery Oversee daily front‑end operations including check stands, self‑checkout (SCO), service desk, and checkout processes Ensure compliance with cash handling, security, returns, refunds, and transaction policies Monitor scheduling, breaks, staffing levels, and queue management to align labor with business needs Oversee cash office processes including safe counts, till audits, deposits, and reconciliation Ensure front‑end readiness for audits, compliance requirements, and company programs Hire, train, coach, schedule, and develop service associates, supervisors, and front‑end staff Support shrink reduction, fraud prevention, and proper handling of restricted items Complete required reports and maintain strong communication with management teams We are looking for candidates who possess the following: Soft skills: Strong customer‑service focus with a calm, professional team presence Effective communication, coaching, and conflict‑resolution skills Strong organization, prioritization, and planning abilities Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced, customer‑facing environment
