Be the Best Client Manager You Can Be If you meet these qualifications, we would love to meet you: High School Diploma or GED required 60 hours or more of college coursework 2+ years of supervisory experience in a healthcare facility, agency, or community-based setting. (We're flexible: 1 year of leadership experience + 30 hours of college credit can substitute.) Home care, caregiving, or staffing experience preferred. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Must have valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance. Bilingual skills a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities:

As a Client Service Manager, you will: Lead a team responsible for delivering exceptional client care and service while supporting the growth and success of the branch. Manage the day-to-day operations of the Client Services team, ensuring clients receive timely, high-quality care and support. Recruit, hire, train, and develop caregivers and team members to maintain a strong, reliable workforce. Oversee staffing and scheduling activities to ensure client needs are met and care services are delivered as planned. Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, caregivers, referral partners, and community stakeholders. Drive business growth by identifying opportunities to expand services and strengthen referral partnerships. Monitor client and caregiver satisfaction and proactively address concerns to ensure a positive experience. Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and quality standards. Provide leadership and support for on-call operations, helping resolve client and caregiver needs as they arise. Partner with branch leadership to implement company initiatives, improve processes, and achieve operational and business goals. Our Investment in You Caring for others starts with caring for you.
