The Customer Relations Manager serves as the dealership's primary goodwill ambassador and is responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience across sales and service. This role focuses on building long-term customer loyalty, proactively managing customer concerns, resolving complaints effectively, and maintaining high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores. The ideal candidate is empathetic, professional, and skilled at turning potentially negative experiences into positive ones while representing the Ford brand with integrity.

Skills & Competencies:
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written). Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities. High emotional intelligence and empathy. Proficient in dealership management systems (DMS), CRM software, and Microsoft Office. Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure. Professional appearance and positive attitude.
