Job DescriptionSummaryThe Order Management Coordinator is responsible for managing orders in Oracle from open to invoicing to ensure revenue is accounted for and within required time frames under conformity to the applicable internal controls and compliance requirements.

Job FunctionsOpen / Update / Invoice Orders in OracleConfirm data received from the branch against the client contract and internal databases to verify that services are charged correctly and according to client instructionsMonitors unbilled orders and works with internal staff for timely resolutionReview daily reports to ensure invoicing is turned around timely to reduce accruals and improve DSO and Bad DebtAnswers inquiries about invoices from partners and clientsProvide excellent customer service to internal and external clientsParticipates in special projects as requiredAdheres to internal standards, policies, and proceduresPerforms other duties as assignedDistribution of the invoices as per customer requirementsPrepares invoice for analysis services in SLIMQualificationsEducation and ExperienceHigh School Diploma or GED (Required)0-2 years of Order management and/or Accounts Receivable experience (Required)Customer Service experience (Required)
