This role is responsible for maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring projects move smoothly, improving communication between teams and clients, and helping maintain a high level of client satisfaction and retention. You will work closely with our web, SEO, paid ads, and social media departments to ensure clients are updated, supported, and receiving an exceptional experience throughout their partnership with the agency. Responsibilities Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients Maintain strong relationships and ensure a positive client experience Coordinate communication between clients and internal teams Schedule onboarding calls, meetings, follow-ups, and project updates Ensure client requests, revisions, and approvals are handled efficiently Monitor project timelines and ensure deliverables stay on track Help improve client retention and satisfaction Handle client concerns professionally and proactively Track client progress, campaign updates, and internal follow-ups Assist with onboarding new clients into agency systems and workflows Help maintain organization inside project management systems Qualifications Experience in customer service, account management, or client success Experience working in a digital marketing agency is preferred Strong communication and relationship-building skills Highly organized and detail-oriented Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Ability to multitask and manage multiple client accounts Experience using ClickUp, Monday.com, Asana, Slack, CRMs, or similar platforms Understanding of websites, SEO, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and social media is a plus Bilingual English/Spanish preferred Ideal Candidate Positive and solutions-oriented Strong communicator and problem solver Professional and client-focused Able to manage pressure and deadlines Passionate about helping clients succeed and grow Takes ownership and follows through What We Offer Fully in-house team environment Growth opportunities within the company Fast-paced and collaborative culture Work with exciting brands across multiple industries Competitive pay based on experience Apply Today Send your resume and a short introduction explaining your experience in customer service, account management, or digital marketing.
