In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for reviewing and completing appeals within the department. The Appeals Setup Coordinator will also handle provider inquiries, ensuring compliance with client policies, industry standards, CMS regulations, state guidelines, and specific client instructions. Requirements:

Must have at least 3 years of Call Center or Customer Service experience Prior experience in a medical setting is a big plus

Hours:

Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM- 5:00
