COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE
$50,000-$60,000 annually Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
W2 ROLE IMPACT
Lead customer service and operational coordination for depot calibration and warehouse activities. This role ensures customer equipment moves accurately and efficiently from receiving through calibration, tracking, and return shipment. Success is measured by reliable turnaround times, accurate asset tracking, responsive customer communication, and consistent operational performance.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage day-to-day customer service and workflow for depot calibration operations, including scheduling, work orders, service requests, quotes, purchase orders, and customer status updates. Coordinate receiving, inspection, labeling, storage, inventory control, and shipment of customer equipment while maintaining accurate asset tracking throughout the calibration process. Partner with calibration technicians to monitor job progress, prioritize urgent requirements, resolve delays or service issues, and meet customer commitments. Lead and coach customer service and warehouse personnel while ensuring compliance with company procedures, quality requirements, and safety standards. Track KPIs and operational metrics, including backlog, turnaround time, shipments, and customer issues; identify process improvements that increase accuracy, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
3-5+ years of experience in customer service, operations, warehouse management, calibration services, or a related field. Experience managing work orders, customer accounts, scheduling, and multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment. Experience with ERP/CRM systems and Microsoft Office, with strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and customer relationship skills.

PREFERRED SKILLS
Supervisory or management experience in depot, service-center, warehouse, or technical service operations. Familiarity with calibration services and test and measurement equipment. Experience with KPI tracking, workflow management, quality control, and process improvement.
