As we expand, we are seeking a reliable and energetic Customer Service & Dispatch Coordinator to lead real-time appointment management, nurse support, and patient coordination during our primary operational hours.Position Overview:
In this role, you will be the frontline operator and coordinator responsible for ensuring nurse schedules run smoothly, patient communications are handled promptly, and real-time logistics are optimized to deliver exceptional healthcare experiences. $18.00Paid Training Employee Discount Programs Primary Responsibilities:
Coordinate Daily Nurse Operations:
Monitor schedules, optimize travel routes, manage appointment timing. Proactively message nurses at shift start and throughout the day for real-time updates and support. Answer and return patient and provider calls/chats promptly Manage urgent rescheduling, delays, and appointment changes. Monitor upcoming bookings, travel times, and appointment gaps. Adjust appointment durations as needed to maximize operational efficiency. Collect payments and confirm required nurse documentation has been completed after each appointment. Communicate unresolved issues clearly at shift end for smooth team handoffs.Required Qualifications:
Fluency in English (English and Spanish is preferred). Strong computer skills and demonstrated ability to work efficiently across multiple browser tabs, communication platforms, scheduling systems, and payment tools simultaneously. At least 3 years of experience in high-volume customer service, dispatch, logistics coordination, or another real-time operations environment. Exceptional attention to detail when managing appointment times, customer information, payments, and schedule changes.Pay:
