Shop Coordinator:
Support shop scheduling and coordinate repairs between teams Review invoices for accuracy and process warranty documentation Monitor production and efficiency , reporting key metrics Manage equipment inventory and assist with shipping & receiving Enforce safety and contamination control practices Provide technical support to internal stakeholders Communicate effectively with technicians, Product Support Sales Reps, and customers Step in for the Service Supervisor during absences and assist with delegated tasks 🛠 ️
What You Bring:
High school diploma or equivalent required 1-2 years of dispatching or coordination experience in a service or repair-related industry Excellent customer service and organizational skills Strong computer skills , including Microsoft Office Suite Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Professional communication across phone, email, and in-person interactions ✅
Preferred Qualifications:
