Salary $50,000 + Uncapped commission (estimated from last 12 months ~$18,500) The Client Consultant position for Upside Tattoo is designed to streamline the operations of business and maximize the experience for clients. The Client Consultant position wears a variety of hats, performs a wide array of tasks, and may also be referred to as admin, assistant, consultant, project manager, receptionist, client services, and concierge. Tasks include but are not limited to:

TATTOO CONSULTATIONS.

Whether via email, social media, phone, video, or in person, the inquiry for tattoos will be handled in a manner that is efficient for the admin and most comfortable and thorough for the client.

DATA ENTRY.

Utilizing tattoo management software (i.e. REV23) and other software, all of the client's information and any data pertaining to the business will be recorded, backed up, and safely stored. Reports will be regularly generated to provide the best insight of operations in the business.

CLIENT EXPERIENCE.

Prior to, during, and after a client's tattoo, it is top priority to provide a memorable experience and cater to clients who have been selected to collaborate on their tattoo. This includes consultations, creative calls, confirmation calls, setup and delivery of gift bags, handling meals and refreshments, coordinating travel and accommodations, setup and breakdown of tattoo work stations, providing aftercare instructions and follow up calls.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT.

The ability to manage expectations, timelines and all moving pieces is of utmost importance in regards to all projects and tasks including, but not limited to seminars and mentorships, opening/expansion of tattoo shops, apparel and merchandising, booking of travel, accommodations, and conventions, coordination with charity and events, ordering and taking inventory of supplies, accounting and bank deposits, and training/onboarding for new employees and artists. As this position will be in a tattoo environment, the Client Consultant is required and will be trained to complete and maintain updated First Aid/CPR training as well as courses relating to Bloodborne Pathogens.
