PAS Lead Legacy Home Health Agency - 3.2 Laredo, TX Job Details Full-time From $40,000 a year 11 hours ago Qualifications Customer communication Bachelor's degree Full Job Description At Legacy Home Health Agency , we're looking for a PAS Coordinator Lead to guide our team, strengthen operations, and ensure every client receives dependable, high-quality care. Primary Responsibilities Lead and support the PAS coordination team in daily scheduling operations Oversee caregiver scheduling to ensure consistent, timely service coverage Serve as the primary escalation point for urgent staffing or client issues Monitor and ensure EVV compliance; guide team in resolving exceptions Review and maintain accurate documentation of schedules, service changes, and communications Train, mentor, and support PAS Coordinators and new team members Collaborate with Field Supervisors to proactively address client needs and service disruptions Assist with onboarding attendants, including orientation coordination and compliance tracking Analyze workflows and identify opportunities for efficiency and improvement Qualifications Previous experience in home care, healthcare coordination, or scheduling required Proven leadership or supervisory experience preferred Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and customer service skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with EVV or scheduling systems Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred Bachelor's degree required.
