?Collision Estimator / Customer Service Coordinator County Line Collision | Lindale, TX $50,000 Salary County Line Collision is looking for someone with at least 2 years of direct collision estimating experience who is ready for a broader role and more opportunity to grow. Your primary focus will be supporting our collision repair operation —writing estimates and supplements, communicating with customers and insurance companies, and helping keep repairs moving. You'll also help with day-to-day front-office responsibilities such as answering phones, assisting customers, scheduling, paperwork, and occasionally supporting County Line Tire & Auto when needed. What You'll Do Write collision repair estimates and supplements Communicate with customers and insurance companies Help coordinate repair plans with the production team Answer phones and assist walk-in customers Help with scheduling, paperwork, and routine administrative tasks Keep repair files organized and up to date Provide customer-service and administrative support to County Line Tire & Auto What We're Looking For 2+ years of direct collision estimating experience Strong customer-service and communication skills Organized and comfortable handling multiple priorities Able to work well with technicians, customers, and office staff Dependable, professional, and willing to pitch in where needed
