Job Description

Event & Client Coordinator - Tribeca Event Center (Part-Time)
Location:
McAllen, TX Tribeca Event Center is looking for a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented team member to help create an exceptional experience for our clients from the first phone call through the day of their event. Responsibilities Answer incoming calls, texts, and inquiries from potential clients. Provide information about our venue, pricing, and availability. Send invoices, contracts, and payment links. Schedule venue tours and follow up with leads. Keep client information organized and up to date. Attend events to ensure decorations and vendor setups match the client's vision. Coordinate with decorators, vendors, and clients on event day. Perform final walkthroughs before guests arrive. Help maintain the venue's professional appearance. Qualifications Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Comfortable using email, texting, and basic computer software. Detail-oriented with an eye for décor and presentation. Reliable transportation. Must be available evenings and weekends, as most events occur during those times. Preferred Experience in event planning, hospitality, customer service, or wedding/event coordination.
