  • What you'll need to succeed as an Analyst, Customer Solutions at XPO
  • Minimum qualifications: + Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience + 2 years of experience in a customer success or related role, with a proven track record of quality analytics and customer relations Preferred qualifications: + LTL industry experience + Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to manage difficult customer conversations + Able to operate with minimal guidance and structure in a fast-paced, client-focused environment •About the Analyst, Customer Solutions job•Pay, benefits and more: + Competitive compensation package + Full health insurance benefits are available on day one + Life and disability insurance + Earn up to 15 days of PTO over your first year + 9 paid company holidays + 401(k) option with company match + Education assistance + Opportunity to participate in a company incentive plan What you'll do on a typical day: + Conduct daily data searches across multiple systems to match shipment tender data with customer records + Generate and report findings to customers, delegating follow-up actions to the support team + Efficiently manage multi-step processes using Excel and other data management tools + Collaborate closely with management to recommend workflow changes and develop standard operating products (SOPs) for team use + Engage cross functional teams to improve the account(s) performance.
