KP Staffing is now hiring an Onsite Coordinator in Northlake, Texas! Job Summary The onsite recruiter will oversee day-to-day operations for a key client account, support staffing workflows, and serve as the primary representative of KP Staffing at the client facility. This role will assist employees, maintain client communication, and help ensure operational excellence through reporting, training, and on-site support. Pay 42k - 45k per year, DOE Shift 1st shift: 4:00 p.m. - 2:00 a.m. Duties Conduct daily check-ins for new employees at the job site and verify assignment readiness entry level expert Engage current employees to promote referral participation and document referral activity Greet, screen, and assist walk-in applicants and conduct structured interviews when necessary Complete data entry, personnel file documentation, and digital record maintenance for all new hires Generate and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports to the local branch in accordance with internal reporting standards Learn and apply client-specific standard operating procedures to train temporary employees on picking, packing, and general warehouse tasks Monitor employee attendance, productivity issues, and conduct follow-ups with employees and supervisors as needed Coordinate start times, shift rosters, and headcount requirements with client leadership Manage employee badge distribution, replacements, and site access procedures Support safety compliance by communicating site rules, reporting incidents, and ensuring documentation is completed Maintain consistent communication with the branch office regarding staffing needs, employee concerns, and operational updates Assist with scheduling orientations, safety briefings, and job-specific training sessions Provide on-site troubleshooting for employee questions, assignment changes, and payroll-related issues Ensure all KP Staffing policies and client policies are communicated clearly and followed at the worksite Responsibilities Train temporary employees on client-specific standard operating procedures Coordinate start times, shift rosters, and headcount requirements with client leadership Monitor employee attendance and productivity issues and follow up as needed Assist with scheduling orientations, safety briefings, and job-specific training sessions Qualifications Experience in staffing, recruiting, customer service, or a similar fast-paced, people-focused role is preferred but not required Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present information professionally Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Comfortable working onsite at a client facility and interacting with employees throughout the shift Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm and resourceful when handling day-to-day operational challenges Proficiency with basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office, email, and data entry systems Reliable transportation to travel between client sites when necessary Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the facility as needed to support employees Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail in paperwork, reporting, and documentation Willingness to learn client standard operating procedures, policies, and operational processes Flexible schedule with availability for occasional overtime, weekends, or adjusted hours based on client needs Positive, professional, and friendly demeanor with a genuine desire to help people succeed
