Full company benefits (401k, PTO, Medical, etc.) Position Summary The Customer Service Manager is responsible for leading the customer service function at Intercontinental Terminals Company, ensuring exceptional service delivery to clients in the petrochemical, refining, and bulk liquid storage industries. This role serves as the primary bridge between customers and terminal operations, ensuring efficient communication, accurate order handling, and high levels of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate has experience in logistics, terminals, energy, or chemical operations and can manage both customer relationships and operational coordination in a fast-paced, safety-critical environment. Customer Relationship Management Serve as the primary escalation point for key customer accounts Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal teams Ensure customer requirements and service expectations are clearly understood and consistently met Process Improvement Identify inefficiencies in customer service and order management processes Implement improvements to enhance service quality, speed, and accuracy Drive adoption of best practices and continuous improvement initiatives Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with all internal teams Provide customer insights to support business decisions and service improvements Key Skills Must have Terminal / Midstream experience Strong leadership and team management Excellent communication and customer relationship skills Operational awareness and problem-solving ability High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment Conflict resolution and decision-making under pressure
