Job Summary As an entry-level Customer Success Manager (CSM), you are the face of Antera Software after the initial sale. This is a high-impact, consultative role where you will manage a portfolio of clients using our ERP and Webstore platforms. Your mission is to ensure our customers aren't just "using" our software, but are mastering it to drive their own business growth. You will bridge the gap between technical functionality and business results, helping distributors and suppliers streamline their workflows, manage inventory, and optimize their online presence.Key Duties & Responsibilities Customer Retention & Health Management Onboarding Transition:
Take the baton from the Implementation team to ensure a seamless transition for new accounts.Health Monitoring:
Use data-driven insights to monitor account usage. If a client isn't utilizing a key module (like Advanced Reporting or Inventory Sync), you reach out to find out why.Churn Mitigation:
Identify "at-risk" accounts early by tracking support ticket trends and engagement levels, creating "Save Plans" when necessary.Strategic Growth & Expansion Value-Based Upselling:
Rather than "hard selling," you will identify gaps in a client's workflow where an additional module or Webstore feature could solve a specific pain point.Feature Advocacy:
Keep clients informed of our rapid development cycles, ensuring they are the first to know about new integrations (e.g., new shipping carriers or accounting plug-ins).Product Adoption & Consultative Guidance Workflow Optimization:
Act as a business consultant. If a client is manually entering data, you show them how to automate it within the Antera ecosystem. Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs): Prepare and present reports that prove ROI to the client's executive team, showing exactly how Antera has reduced their "order-to-ship" time. Internal Advocacy & Collaboration Voice of theCustomer:
Act as an internal advocate, funneling client feedback and "wish list" items to our Product and Engineering teams.Cross-Functional Sync:
Work closely with the Support and Professional Services teams to resolve complex technical hurdles that may be stalling a client's progress.Required Qualifications Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field — or similar experience in a customer-facing role (Support, Account Management, or Retail Management).Communication:
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; you must be comfortable presenting to business owners and CEOs.Tech Savvy:
A natural curiosity for software. You don't need to be a coder, but you should be able to navigate complex SaaS platforms with ease.Problem-Solving:
The ability to stay calm under pressure and find creative solutions to operational bottlenecks.Location:
Ability to work onsite at our Plano, TX headquarters. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in SaaS, ERP, eCommerce, or technology-focused environments. Familiarity with the promotional products, print, or signage industries. Experience using CRM or customer success platforms. Background in operational workflow consulting or process improvement. Experience supporting small-to-mid-sized business clients. Experience with QuickBooks Online (QBO) or similar accounting software is a plus.
