$22.50 an hour Work schedule: Monday-Friday (8:00am-5:00pm) We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Service Delivery Support Associate to support the Service Delivery Manager in ensuring smooth client interactions, accurate contractual reporting, and timely billing processes. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and is committed to delivering exceptional internal and external services.Key Responsibilities:
Client Support & Communication Serve as a point of contact for client inquiries/escalations, ensuring timely and professional responses. Track and escalate client concerns to the Service Delivery Manager as needed. Maintain client communication logs and follow-up with call center operations when needed for agent coaching/corrective action. Under direction and supervision, provide regular communication and updates to state customers using the Everbridge tool. Follow up with internal teams to receive timely incident reports for distribution to State clients according to contractual service level agreements. Contractual Reporting Assist in preparing contractual reports in accordance with client requirements and timelines. Maintain organized records of service delivery metrics and performance indicators. Coordinate with internal teams to gather data for reporting purposes. Billing & Financial Administration Support the preparation and review of client invoices based on contractual terms. Reconcile billing discrepancies and coordinate with service delivery manager for resolution. Maintain documentation for billing.Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.Preferred Attributes:
Customer-focused mindset with a high level of professionalism. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams. Comfortable handling confidential and sensitive information. The estimated hourly rate for this role is $22.50 per hour.
