Job Overview We have an immediate need for an Order Management professional with proven experience as the critical link between customers and internal operations. Requirements:
Proven experience with order management or customer account management. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ERP platforms. Fluent bilingual skills (English/Spanish) Exceptional customer service skills and mindset. Strong problem-solving abilities and a collaborator. Able to learn industry and product specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Own order fulfillment through delivery to the customer.
  • Manage and monitor order processing.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Effectively communicate with customers as needed.
Pay:
