Job Description

Overview We have an immediate need for a Customer Account Coordinator with proven experience as the critical link between customers and internal operations. Customer focus, collaboration, and problem-solving skills are required for this on-site opportunity in Stafford, Texas. Reply today for immediate consideration. Duties Proven experience with order management or customer account management. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ERP platforms - specifically SAP. Fluent bilingual skills (English/Spanish) Exceptional customer service skills and mindset. Strong problem-solving abilities and a collaborator. Able to learn industry and product specifications. Skills Own order fulfillment through delivery to the customer. Manage and monitor order processing. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Effectively communicate with customers as needed.
Pay:
$26.00 - $34.00 per hour
