Senior Helpers is seeking a compassionate, organized, and relationship-focused Client Services Manager to help ensure our clients receive the highest quality care while supporting our caregivers in the field. As the only locally owned and operated Senior Helpers serving our community, we pride ourselves on providing compassionate, dependable care that allows seniors to remain safely and independently in their own homes. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and making a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors and their families. Responsibilities Conduct in-home client assessments and develop individualized care plans Perform supervisory visits to ensure quality care and client satisfaction Build trusting relationships with clients, families, and caregivers Address client questions, concerns, and service issues promptly and professionally Maintain accurate electronic and paper client records Update care plans as client needs change Assist with caregiver training and coaching Work closely with the scheduling team to communicate care plan changes Ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations Help create an exceptional client experience from start to finish Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of experience in home care, healthcare, senior living, hospice, or a related field Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time management abilities Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple responsibilities Professional appearance and demeanor Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Proficient with computers and electronic documentation
Preferred:

$40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
