This is a great fit for someone who enjoys customer service, staying organized, and talking to people — both in person and over the phone. If you're confident, outgoing, and comfortable making calls, you'll thrive here. Key Responsibilities Answer incoming calls and assist customers with product questions Greet walk‑in customers and help them with material selections Schedule estimates and coordinate with the estimator Process payments, invoices, and receipts Assist with supplier orders, inventory coordination, and order tracking Maintain a clean and organized front desk area Make outbound cold calls to contractors, landscapers, builders, and businesses to introduce our products and services Build and maintain a simple contractor contact list for follow‑ups Promote seasonal deals, material availability, and delivery options Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally Requirements Strong communication and customer service skills Friendly, professional, and confident on the phone Comfortable making outbound calls (no call center experience required, just confidence) Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, CRM preferred) Ability to multitask in a busy environment Reliable, punctual, and organized Willing to learn product information (fence/deck materials) Preferred Qualifications Experience in retail, front desk, or customer service Experience in construction supply, hardware, or home improvement stores Experience with outbound calling or sales outreach Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus Compensation High Base Rate — Depending on Experience (DOE) Performance bonuses for outbound sales success Paid training Opportunities for advancement
