Job Description

The Young Automotive Group is Growing Again! actively seeking an experienced and motivated BDC Manager in our Service department to lead our customer engagement operations. Responsibilities:
Lead and manage daily Service BDC operations to ensure strong team performance and an exceptional customer experience Train, coach, and develop BDC team members while maintaining accountability to performance goals Oversee inbound and outbound customer communication, including appointment scheduling through phone, text, and email channels Monitor department productivity, call quality, and customer interactions to improve efficiency and service retention Partner with service department leadership to align processes, improve workflow, and drive overall department success Foster a positive, team-oriented environment focused on customer satisfaction, growth, and continuous improvement
Qualifications:
Previous automotive BDC, service department, or customer service management experience required Strong leadership skills with experience managing, coaching, and motivating teams Knowledge of dealership service operations, appointment scheduling, and customer retention strategies Excellent communication skills across phone, email, text, and in-person interactions Experience with CRM systems, dealership software, and performance tracking tools Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively Proven ability to analyze performance metrics and implement successful process improvements Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities Stable work history with strong professional references Valid driver's license and clean driving record Ability to pass background check and drug screening Young Automotive Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
