is hiring a full-time Client Success + Marketing Coordinator to help us manage client communication, marketing tasks, and day-to-day execution across our business. We work with home service and contractor businesses, helping them grow through websites, SEO, paid ads, automation, and better follow-up systems. We are not looking for a corporate middle manager. We are looking for someone sharp, organized, proactive, and versatile. Someone who can wear multiple hats, learn fast, communicate well, and help keep client work moving without needing constant babysitting. If you're the kind of person who notices what needs to get done, follows through, and likes being in the middle of fast-moving projects, this could be a great fit. What this role includes Communicating with clients and helping manage ongoing relationships Helping onboard new clients and gather everything needed to get projects moving Coordinating with sales, development, and fulfillment Setting up ad accounts, business profiles, domains, pixels, and other marketing assets Uploading blog posts, updating website content, and helping with SEO-related tasks Assisting with basic paid ads support and campaign organization Following up on approvals, missing assets, logins, reviews, and client requests Helping organize internal workflows so projects do not stall out Catching details, solving small problems, and helping the team stay on track What we want in the right person Strong communication skills Organized and detail-oriented Comfortable talking with clients Able to manage multiple moving pieces at once Fast learner with good judgment Proactive, dependable, and resourceful Comfortable in a small business environment where responsibilities can change quickly Willing to jump in and figure things out Big bonus if you have experience with any of the following WordPress Meta Ads or Google Ads SEO or blog/content publishing CRMs Basic design skills Videography, photography, or content creation Agency experience Home service or contractor marketing This is not the right fit if you Need someone to tell you every little thing to do Only want to do one narrow type of task Struggle with communication or follow-through Get overwhelmed easily in a fast-moving environment Want a super structured corporate job with rigid lanes This could be a great fit if you want to Grow inside a marketing company Learn multiple parts of the business Work closely with leadership Take on real responsibility Be part of a team that is building and moving fast About
