Warranty Customer Service Manager Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service & Warranty Support Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding warranty requests and concerns. Respond to customer phone calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional and timely manner. Communicate with customers in both English and Spanish as needed. Document warranty concerns accurately and ensure requests are addressed appropriately. Follow up with customers throughout the warranty process and provide updates on the status of their requests. Handle customer concerns professionally and work toward effective resolutions. Scheduling & Coordination Schedule warranty appointments and coordinate service work with customers and field teams. Communicate warranty information and scheduling details to appropriate team members. Monitor open warranty requests and follow up to ensure work is completed in a timely manner. Adjust schedules as needed based on customer availability and field operations. Escalate complex or unresolved warranty concerns to management when necessary. Documentation & Work Order Management Receive work order requests from managers and accurately enter work orders into the company system. Review work order information for accuracy and completeness before entering it. Maintain accurate records of warranty requests, customer communications, and completed work. Track open and completed warranty items using Excel, spreadsheets, and company systems. Keep warranty information organized and up to date. Document customer concerns, resolutions, and follow-up activities. Provide updates and reports on outstanding warranty items as needed. Teamwork & Communication Maintain clear communication between customers, field teams, and management. Work closely with the Residential team to ensure warranty concerns are handled efficiently. Support team members with scheduling and customer service needs. Maintain professionalism when handling sensitive or challenging customer situations. Demonstrate accountability, organization, and strong follow-through. Qualifications Bilingual in English and Spanish required. Strong customer service and communication skills. Strong phone and computer skills. Profiency with Microsoft Excel and spreadsheets. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and customer requests. Strong attention to detail and accurate recordkeeping skills. Ability to handle difficult customer situations professionally. Strong problem-solving and follow-through skills. Previous customer service, warranty, scheduling, or construction experience is a plus. What Success Looks Like in This Role Customers receive timely, professional, and consistent communication. Warranty requests are documented, scheduled, and completed efficiently. Open warranty items are consistently monitored and followed through to completion. Customer concerns are handled professionally and resolved appropriately. Records and spreadsheets remain accurate and organized. Pay:
$20.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
